Like, if I'm going to move to a mansion in the middle of BFE, I'm going to do two things. Buy a gun from the local Dairy Queen or Allsups and then buy enough floodlights that everywhere around my damn property is light like it's daytime.
I'll give them that. It's slightly uneasy, and I like that for horror.
I feel like Hotel though 'horror=gore' but it was more gruesome than haunting. There's a bit of realism so far, that even if it took a supernatural turn, I'd might believe it. I hope I'm not speaking to soon, because it is Ryan after all!
Ok I don't know how I feel about this reenactment thing so far, usually reenactment/interview formats work bc it means it's real, but it doesn't really work when we know the actors on both sides
BUT this is already one of the creepiest seasons in years, the eeriness has me on the edge of my seat...I think it has to do with them not using so much of a score
There is no way I'd be staying there by myself.
