Beyonce is SANGIN on this! The last part of "Love On Top" where she sings higher and HIGHER is CRAZY! Then in "I Care" where she's singing with the guitar near the end "End of Time" is one of her best fast songs. I still think "Run The World (Girls)" is a dumb song, but everything else is good. I'd say this is her best album so far. 8/10
