This quote has always been total blasphemy. As a rule, I generally try to avoid attacking the Queen, but if she's going to insult one of her very best songs like this, she leaves me with no choice but to go straight for her vulnerability jugular without feeling any remorse whatsoever.

The only reason she hates P-A-R-I-S-H (you know, a place where one PRAYS, which is, incidentally, what I'm doing for YOU and that typo of yours at this very moment...) is because she knows damned well that the disappointment of her failed marriages has hardened her heart and so now she's all sad and fearful that she'll never again experience the same kind of unbridled joy in love that the song conveys.

We can't praise this enough, it's so good. One of the reasons that make COAD so great is that the album is full of this kind of transitions by the way, some of them are equally amazing.
