Yes. The #'s are still inflated though, just not as much as they used to be.

compared to Nielsen it was for many reasons...one being that they counted more stations and the other being they give certain stations a weight much larger than Nielsen

I think Mefiabase was more accurate than Nielsen because Nielsen has reweighted in years and its safe to say some stations reach a larger audience than they give them
