I just can't with the reasoning that because Dark Side received more adds first week somehow means that it will automatically be more successful than CMB
Good lord. If that's honestly your opinion, you know nothing about radio or the charts and should stop posting about it altogether. SO MANY songs have gone on to smash after either having little to no support in the beginning/getting few adds. In the same way that many, MANY songs have received a TON of adds and died off quickly.
I mean, give the stations a ****ing chance to play it now that they've added it. Give the other stations time to add it since they're clearly playing a waiting game. Give the promotion that we are DEFINITELY getting a chance to kick in. Allow Hot AC to continue increasing their spins.. sweet jesus. I literally CANNOT with this. There is not a
single legitimate reason to be worried about this song yet.
I said this in the single thread and I'll say it here. I'm not saying this song is guaranteed to smash. That's not at all guaranteed. Just ****ing cool it with the worrying and the bitching. There's no reason to yet.
