I honestly don't like the Halftime Show performance too much. It would have been worse, sure, but it could have been better in so so so many ways. Such wasted potential. All of the guests were mistakes imo. And she really should have included LAV and Holiday in there somewhere. I would honestly hate it but the opening and the closing her both fantastic so I have some room deep down in my rebel heart for it.

I live for that video of Whitney having a ball as she watched the show! It wasn't the only time she gave Madonna her props, but this one in particular is an image that will always stay with me because it was the last time I saw her in life. Love Whitney.

You can tell that each woman genuinely respected and admired the other. (We can ignore some meaningless noise from their first respective decades or so.)

You know that's not the first time that someone has theorized that. And it could be true as fan sites have a long history of direct relationships with her team. Never Madonna herself though.
