Well would you have rather her tell her she couldn't come, finding out she'd be wearing it? Like she says in the audio, she didn't want to make GaGa uncomfortable by asking to change & dealt with it because she doesn't like controversy. Also, the vegetarian bikini joke was planned with the magazine cover.
