I love Gwen, but she's not that big outside US. Nobody knows about her in Brazil. Madonna, otherwise well... I think Gwen is on the same lvl as Janet Jackson.

Madonna found success in the 80s, 90s, 00s and headlined the Super Bowl in the 10s. If Gwen can pull it off again either solo or with ND again in the 20s she will be. Madonna debuted over 10 years before her so of course she'll always be one step ahead.
