Because it's a bunch of kids with their parents. It's not like the Kid's Choice Awards,
where the kids act a fool because there is no parental supervision in the crowd.
Katy Perry's tours are supervised by a bunch a parents, so those kids are
behaving with their parents right next to them, which = a dead crowd.
