That's correct! All of Demi's early top 20's are near to 1M in sales and she didn't even use airplay impact to increase her spots on BBH100 or affect her sales. It was (and still is) about star power for her.
I'd rather see my fave getting straight top 20's every era depending on sales alone than getting a top-10 single relying hard on milked promo, huge radio airplay & inflated streaming points.

I think the tour's helping Neon Lights too, I wouldn't just equate it's rise on iTunes entirely down to the discount + airplay is growing stronger each week.

I just hope this can peak inside the top twenty.
