No, that is not what I'm saying. She is ultimately the boss. Parkwood Entertainment is a team. Under her is Jim & Fraisal... Seeing that they were both executives, you would think that they would be doing a better job.
Both are very experienced. Jim has 13 years+ experience and was the Senior Vice President of Sony Music (International). : I'm sure now with her pregnancy they would take up more responsibilities...
EDIT: Jim Sabey was also Mariah's manager after she fired Benny Medina... I don't think he did a good job with Mariah
