Cupid backing you up doesn't negate the point which is just stating the problem without offering a solution. This doesn't really help me.
Now, to Cupid's credit, he did explain more details about what he sees when I report.

Still, nonetheless I click report and then I just put Flamebait and Abrasive and the quote is below.
Based on Cupid's details, I think I will try copying the quote even if it appears twice in the report it should be a solution to your concern.
If you all still don't see it, then please tell me what it is supposed to look like because I thought it was as simple as naming the reason and then clicking send.
