I think they'll just suggest blogs, its a music site about pop culture so I don't see where self written novel discussions would even fit in, in the actual forum.

The upgrade is totally in the hands of the admins so it's hard to ballpark. I can say that we're incredibly close since the designing part looks to be ready as far as I can tell. The admins are very busy with their own stuff so hopefully soon. I can say with certainty that it is very worth the wait and there are features I can't wait to have!
