I never said I wasn't listening to them.. I just think those 9 songs make a much stronger album in my opinion.. I still listen to the other songs, just on their own..

This album is everythng that I've ever wanted from her... she's made music that will last. So glad she made the choice of "XO" and "Drunk in Love" to lead the album... hopefully it'll be "Superpower" and " Partition" next in February.

Originally when listening through the first few times I said that 4 was much better and people are just buying into the hype of this album. However I take that back. It has really grown on me as an album. My favorites are:
XO
Drunk In Love
Blue
***Flawless
Heaven
Jealous

I like just about every song on the album except Pretty Hurts. It just comes across a bit cheesy and I'm not sure how I feel about it coming from Beyonce. Also a bit insincere since its the opening song and yet every single music video except perhaps the last has her covered in makeup looking pretty. Other than that I like the album. I'd probably like Mine a bit more if it wasn't quite so repetitive. I think I'll have to give Rocket more time as it reminds me quite a bit of That Girl and I loved that song but can't quite get into this jam as much. I love her falsetto in No Angel but the chorus is a bit weak.

There are many growers on this album.

No Angel, Superpower, Rocket have all grown on me considerably since my first listen. Heaven's been growing a lot today, Blue is now one of my favorites... The only song that really hasn't hit me too hard is Pretty Hurts. I'm still kind of 'meh' about it. But I don't think there's any filler on this.

I don't think I've ever deleted songs from albums. It bugs me to have an incomplete album! Why do people delete songs, to save space on their computer?
