I think she is gonna treat this as two different albums., so there will be a lot of singles going at once.
There will be one set of singles sent to urban and one set of singles sent to pop and perhaps a crossover or 2 for that huge hit. I'm pretty sure her label are gonna go all out with videos, promo etc because she has risen so fast and they will want her to keep rising. The album seems pretty deliberately set out to have a pop/rap split. I'm actually surprised she didn't do it on 2 discs or two sets like Nellys Sweat/Suit.
So, people seem to be disappointed with MDNA... were they not happy with the snippets either? Like, was it that they liked the snippets and then the album didn't live up to them, or did they not like the snippets so much from the start? I'm just wondering cuz I'm not here for people loving the snippets and then turning on Nicki when they get the full thing.
