Hellcats' ratings are good for the network it is on. The CW's ratings are always around the 0.5-2.0 million range. Usually it's teens and young adults who watch those shows, and most of those people are busy doing something else, so most DVR those shows. I think we had DVR estimates of The CW's shows being somewhere in the 5-7 million range. I believe it was even stated that The CW is the station with the most DVR uses.
Modern Family had great numbers! Best numbers for the entire series. The pilot episode had 12.60 million. The only comedy to best it so far is
Two and a Half Men. (
The Big Bang Theory has potential to do it tonight, though.)

8:00 - Survivor: Nicaragua 12.47 (#2 timeslot; #3 night)
9:00 - Criminal Minds 14.08 (#1 timeslot; #1 night)
10:00 - The Defenders 12.09 (#1 timeslot; #4 night)
Decent numbers for newcomer,
The Defenders. Only about a 2 million drop off.
Survivor got better ratings than I would have expected. I honestly can't believe so many people still watch that show.

8:00 - Hell's Kitchen 5.95 (#5 timeslot; #12 night)
9:00 - Hell's Kitchen 7.19 (#4 timeslot; #11 night)
I see
Hell's Kitchen is still holding up decently on the 9:00 timeslot. I guess viewers don't like to hear screaming at 8:00, though.
ABC
8:00 - The Middle 8.81 (#2 timeslot; #7 night)
8:30 - Better with You 7.97 (#1 timeslot; #10 night)
9:00 - Modern Family 12.61 (#1 timeslot; #2 night)
9:30 - Cougar Town 8.35 (#1 timeslot; #9 night)
10:00 - The Whole Truth 4.91 (#3 timeslot; #13 night)
Looks like ABC is to Thursday as CBS is to Monday, only on a slightly smaller scale. Good news for
The Middle and
Modern Family.
Better with You had a slight drop off from
The Middle, but it wasn't terrible.
Modern Family owned the night.
Cougar Town saw a big decrease from
Modern Family. Not good news. It should get a third season, but if ABC can find a show that will keep the ratings better for that timeslot, you know they will take that chance.
The Whole Truth looks to be canceled soon with those numbers.
NBC
8:00 - Undercovers 8.57 (#3 timeslot; #8 night)
9:00 - Law & Order: Special Victims Unit 9.68 (#3 timeslot; #6 night)
10:00 - Law & Order: Special Victims Unit 10.36 (#2 timeslot; #5 night)
Undercovers brought in decent numbers.
Law & Order held up strong.
The CW
8:00 - America's Next Top Model 2.82 (#5 timeslot; #14 night)
9:00 - Hellcats 2.32 (#5 timeslot; #15 night)
Sadly, these are good numbers for The CW.
This is good news for
Hellcats. It kept a steady number of viewers coming off of
Top Model. Best night so far this week for The CW.
If it's lucky enough, it could pull off 8 million which is astounding for a show that's been around for 12 years.
