BB doesn't like YT because YouTube doesn't host whole albums, only singles. Although they still include '25''s Spotify streams where there's only 3/10 songs from Adele's album. Also they have no idea what to do with singles effect (look, for example, at UF! streams and streams of other's songs from 'uptown special').
Methodologically, BB200 is the worst album chart despite the fact Billboard have the best source of music data. They don't care if album has 8 songs or 28. And what's the point of including tracks activity in weekly albums popularity chart? (When we talk about RIAA i's ok because you try to measure whole project success).
IMO stream-equivalent-album should be counted by streaming services individually for every user - then there won't be 'singles effect'.
