We were sitting in traffic for 4 hours getting from Downtown LA to Anaheim. It was only suppose to take 35 minutes
Oh yeah, if you're doing a day to Disney you need to leave at like 6am. I've been there twice and both times the journey to get back up to LA was horrific!
Nashville checking in. Was born here, lived in wintergarden, Florida for ten years, then Dallas, Texas for two, before moving back to Nashville, Tennessee (actually Brentwood) eight years ago.
On topic of CA, I like visiting, but cannot live there.
1. You have traffic at 10 at night.
2. Things are to expensive. When I order a Salmon, I want the whole fish for ten dollars, not some square piece with no seasoning for 25. Also, 300k for a house here gets you 1.2 acres and in Williamson county which has some nationally ranked schools vs some shack or an apartment.
3. I'll miss my country music stars. We can actually talk with our celebrities vs what they do to fans in LA.
4. Cost of living. For me to have the same life my parents provided me, I would need to make 160k. Too much for a little less.
