RELEASE DATE: 14 September 2010 BEST PART: "It's an endless ride. Sometimes it take you up, sometimes it tears you down inside. But it's the butterflies that keep the feelings so alive."
Archie makes his only appearance on the list with a radio single off his second album. This song is so refreshing and relaxing. Sadly, we won't be hearing something new from Archie for the next two years.

AVRIL LAVIGNE
"WISH YOU WERE HERE"
RELEASE DATE: 9 September 2011 BEST PART: "All those crazy things we did, didn't think about it, just went it. You're always there, you're everywhere, but right now I wish you were here."
Sorry Avril fans but she failed to make it into the Top 50 of 2011. Avril made a strong comeback this year with "What The Hell" and the emotional pop-rock hit "Wish You Were Here". This song sounds great - something we really expect from Avril.

FEFE DOBSON
"STUTTERING"
RELEASE DATE: 7 September 2010 BEST PART: The oh-oh-oh-oh-oh eh-eh-eh-eh-eh part
Fefe Dobson debuts on my yearend list with the revengeful pop hit "Stuttering". This song has been one of my favorite jams during the first quarter of 2011. The song sounds good and the hooks are pretty catchy.

MIKE POSNER
"PLEASE DON'T GO"
RELEASE DATE: 9 June 2010 BEST PART: "Baby, please don't go. If I wake up tomorrow, will you still be here?" LAST YEAR'S # 25
After settling at 25th place last year, "Please Don't Go" makes a reappearance on my yearender countdown. Despite being released last 2010, this song still managed to be one of my favorite 2011 jams.

LADY GAGA
"THE EDGE OF GLORY"
RELEASE DATE: 9 May 2011 BEST PART: "I need a man who thinks it right when it's all wrong tonight, yeah baby, tonight, yeah baby!"
Hanging so close to the Top 50 is Lady Gaga with "The Edge of Glory". This song has caught my attention at first play because it sounds great and catchy. However, it got old on me easily.
