reality check on what the Apple customers are all about.

"old" iPhone !! It has the "same" name as the old i
Phone...so we can't possibly
buy this as it does not have

This is the difference
between Nokia's customers versus Apple's. In fact this
just shows that the
comparison between N8 and
iPhones are totally wrong..
They are aimed at a totally
different market segments. N8 is probably for the more
conscientious buyers who
know what they want and
need. More often
accompanied with loads of
research whilst an iPhone buyer don't really care what
they get as long as it is called
iPhone and looks like an
iPhone ...but is not an "old"
iPhone ;-) .

this phone is looking sexier to me as a consumer, im sooo frustrated, im ready for my upgrade on sprint and was hoping to be blown away by apple.. instead im getting a phone thats barely catching up to the high end android phones.

That still provides a 6 month gap for Sprint to attract new customers and get the iPhone, opening contracts with the carrier. Though, I never heard any announced plans by Sprint to take away their Unlimited Data Plan. They aren't dumb, they are way behind AT&T and Verizon. By keeping the Unlimited Data Plan, they stand to gain back their lost customers because of the iPhone AND more customers just for the fact that they offer unlimited data unlike the other two.

I will make sure I am on my comuter for the pre-ordering at midnight. They sold out of pre-orders last time and I will not have it. I'll be too busy with work to go to AT&T and pick up a new phone on Oct. 14th.

Got my pre-order through apple.com. Getting me a white 32GB iPhone 4S. So glad to upgrade my phone, I've had my current model for the past 2 years.
