TFM was a re-release. Sales in the UK for a double disc are not counted as two sales like they are in the US. The Fame was originally released in January 2009, less than two years ago.
As impressive as Loud's sales are, it was released at the strongest time of the year. There's no guarantee that it will have the longevity needed to match the sales of TFM.

I can see OG getting back into the to the top 10, mainly due to the year-end countdowns on radio, it's the end of the year, and it's a party song! IT will be overplayed and that will cause ppl to buy the song if they already havent! It's longevity is mind blowing, I didn't expect this song to even stay this long in the top 100 for a matter of fact, I thought it would peak and drop fast! But this song is really coming for 3x plat!
