Unfourtanely we just can make estimates because this week we got less data than usual (Editor Gary is on vacations). My estimate for this week is...

1. Cheap Thrills = 126k + 147M + 14M = 378
2. Cold Water = 169k + 42M + 19.6M = 366

It was not THAT freaking close, but with around 1.6M+ streams (21.2M overall streams) Biebs would have debuted at #1.
