I spent the majority of this morning listening to this and it's honestly so good. It's not some earth shattering masterpiece or anything and I don't think that Troye wanted it to be seen that way. It's definitely a slight step up from TRXYE
WILD is one of the best songs (naturally). I just love how euphoric it sounds and I live for the chorus to bridge (heaven!!!) transition. BITE & FOOLS are another two tracks that I really love as well. I think that the only issue that I have with them is that they sound a tab bit overproduced at times. I don't know, the last 40 seconds of both of then sound noisy. Like, there's just too much going on instrumental wise
EASE is slowly slipping into my trinity. It's such a beautiful song and I love the lyrical content. Georgia's vocals in the background in the second verse alone just, URGH
I like THE QUIET & DKLA, but I hate the latter's rap verse. It just felt a bit clunky and forced.
All in all, it's a great EP and I'm expecting it to fair a whole lot better than TRXYE. I'm going to promote him as much as I can like EVERYWHERE and make sure that he gets his well deserved coins. Lemme go watch the video
