It's when the song goes for adds on pop radio. This means stations that aren't yet playing it will see it's getting officially released and notice it more. Whether they'll add it or not is questionable.

Artists can't have similar song/album titles?
"Somebody to Love" is also a song by Queen, but it's pretty clear Leighton's song sounds nothing like Queen's. Besides, Ke$ha isn't the first artist to compare love and drugs through an extended metaphor.
