Although I don't stan for her, it's obviously Britney. An immensely successful career for around 15 years, being in the headlines non stop for numerous years and hit albums throughout her career. But Katy comes close, it's hard to say really as Katy's only been huge since 2008.
All of Katy's albums since 2008 have outsold Britney's from the same time so what's your point?
This is a really pointless comparison and you know it.Britney has been releasing albums since 1998.It's obvious that 10 years+ later her sales will not be as strong... It's obvious that Katy is not a great album seller compared to her huge hits.
