That's where it gets confusing because Tidal claimed Pablo was streamed 250 million times in its first 10 days
but they didn't report those streams so they didn't count for Billboard. When it was put on every streaming service, that's when it debuted with 99 million streams (also, apparently Bieber had slightly over 100 million streams, not 77; regardless Bey should pass him). So, officially, she will probably break the record, but the grey area of whether or not to believe the original Pablo claim will be there...
