I have always found Venus to be very interesting and severely under rated, it's almost the same size as Earth, it has clouds that traps the heat so the burning heat makes the Planet very hot and humid but just because humans can't survive those conditions doesn't mean another life form can't and not many people know that Planet conditions around the clouds of Venus are very Earth like in Temperature

Their moons are more interesting than the Planets itself tbh the fact there they have discover underwater frozen oceans below the surfaces of those moons Europa and Titan >>> most Planets

The mindset of any bacteria or extraterrestrial life can't live in Un-Earth like conditions need to stop actually many scientists are now starting to say, just because Humans can't breath the Martian air (for example) doesn't mean another life form can't
Plans and animals need wate to survive. Most bacteria is killed at very high temperatures.
It could exist, though, it would just have To be a whole new form of life all together, or something that can't withstand extreme heat.

Some life forms actually live off of iron. What we need to is carbon based life forms with like you said proper heat. But then again there's life forms that live in extreme heat. So really life will find a way of the conditions are met.

This is why the whole history of Venus is so interesting to me because it wasn't always a heatwave, we don't know know what's beneath the surface or inside the caves or hills (where the temps may not be as fatale for any bacterial life) probes never make it more than a few minutes so we may never know
Saturn on the the hand, it looks so quiet and inscrutable from outside
