She actually delivered a great album
I didn't like 'Kiss & Tell' much besides 4 tracks but this one is such a huge step up!
My faves besides the two singles: "Spolight", "Rock God", "Off the Chain" & "Ghost Of You".
"Un Año Sin Ver Llover" is really good too! Her vocals have improved alot since her debut.
I wasn't a big fan of Kiss & Tell until recently but I found a lot of the songs on that album to be very much the same.
This album well...it is different and what I have listened to so far I do actually really like, I'm really surprised, I was ready to hate this but I will give love where it is due. And yeah, her vocals have improved a lot, she is way more confident which is nice to see.
I will post a mini-review when I have listened through.
It's alright. Not too impressed though. Ghost of You and Off the Chain are pretty good. Summer's Not Hot is fun. Not really crazy about anything though.
This album is really quite generic. At least Britney's albums have all retained her personality. This could have been released by anyone. Some of the songs are guilty pleasures, but I don't think the album will do very well.
I liked her attitude and vibe in K&T, here it seems to be non-existent in any song apart from R&R.
