The CW picked up some valuable additional sampling of its "Hellcats" and "Nikita" premieres Friday night.
The cheerleader drama (2.4 million, 0.8) and assassin reboot (2.6 million, 0.8) each performed really well for being repeats at the end of the week. This is roughly what original episodes of "Smallville" tallied on Fridays last season.
Both shows drew 60-80% of their original premiere numbers.
The shows will need the help since their time periods aren't getting any easier in as broadcasters launch new shows over the next few weeks.
Um I liked the show. Coming from a real life cheerlearder, it was nice to see a show that actually was more realistic than most cheer stuff on TV. Plus considering the popularity of the sport, Im not surprised at the ratings.
