Biological evolution takes millions of years. While cultural evolution can take a century to a few decades (see: fall of major empires).

This is deeper than basic biology though. This is making the assumption that whites have this unnamed desirable trait over other races that gave them the ability to take over pretty much everything. And I don't even fully believe this, it's unethical and it's not something that could or would even be tested in this day and age.

You can ask your question without being condescending. Anyways to answer your question, white skin is more advantageous in northern climates because it helps them maintain a sufficient vitamin D level for survival. I'm not going into the mechanism of UV lights and how it increases Vitamin D in the skin since I don't know much about that. Just search a bit.
