It's entirely possible for a white person to be tanned naturally that dark.
It's just incredible unhealthy.
No ones trying to be black though. The spray tan looks awful though.

I'm not condemning anyone for tanning themselves that dark or even wanting so desperately to be dark-skinned (as anyone who would tan themselves this dark clearly does, even if it's only temporary). I was referring to the picture in the OP, which does not look natural at all.
All I'm saying is that there is something to be said about the fact that stuff like this is so popular among white people. Yet when reality sets in, they're only doing it because it's cool to look "ethnic" as long as you aren't
really ethnic. At the end of the day, none of them would ever actually want to be that color. Add to that the fact that there seems to be this fetish people have over looking or dressing "black" or "ethnic" in order to look cool, but when an actual black/ethnic person does the it, it's dubbed as ghetto, trashy or ugly. See: Kylie Jenner vs any black girl with naturally big lips. See: Zendaya's patchouli hair controversy. Dark tanning like this falls into that category for me.
But to each their own. I don't have anything against people who want to alter their natural features, whether they're black, white, asian or whatever.
