This looks like the pre-BDS Country chart, where it seemed like almost every song that reached the Top 10 hit #1, and there were over 50 #1s a year. That's why BB changed Country to electronic monitoring first (January 1990) -- because the chart was so inaccurate. Of course, the Hot 100 slowed down significantly once BDS & Soundscan replaced the old chart methodology too (November 1991), proving the older charts were also inaccurate.

I do remember in the days BB published playlists, which they used for airplay, one station that never had a falling song on its chart. They only had songs moving up and/or debuting. This was obviously highly inaccurate.

I know some songs are twice there. Don't blame me, blame Billboard. As far as i am concerned, Flo Rida - Right Round and Flo Rida ft. Kesha - Right Round are different songs. I have no idea how to make them "be equal". If i put just the title of the song, then Martin Garrix' and Maroon 5's Animals would be the same song, for example, so i can't just do that. Also i also got mismatched parantheses and ****. Again, there's nothing i can really do. I'll look into it though.

You said you ran a script to do it so I know it's not your fault. I just wasn't sure if you knew or not. I can't think of any way other than manually, but the thing is one week changing can have quite a long knock-on effect so it might take a long time.

Thanks for doing it though, I've always wondered about it. I can't remember what European chart it is that does this, but that's when I first thought it would be interesting if they did this in the US, so it's cool to finally see it!
