I think cause back then, radio and music in general sort of gave everyone a chance to shine at the #1 and even Top 10-Top 20 slots, so every week it changed a bit.

Nowadays, you see the same folks in the Top 10-Top 20, and sometimes 1 artist has 2-3 songs in there
