I know what New Jack Swing is and the entire album is not like that.
That still doesn't change the fact that the OP doesn't know what they are talking about and is categorizing all African Americans as R&B just because of what they look.

Yes R&B isn't as popular, they are some countries that have their own R&B scene but it's usually Traditonal R&B and not contemporary R&B like Brandy, Trey Songz.Tinashe, Miguel, Frank Ocean, Ciara, Kelly Rowland, Monica, Keyshia Cole, etc etc etc
For example Korea has "R&B" but its usually just
dated songs from the late 90s/early 2000s, if you cut that out , its a very very small fracture of people releasing current R&B and none of those songs become a hit.
