This cannot be for the US. If it is then I know it is false. 1989 (Deluxe) version has never been available on US iTunes, it is a Target exclusive. So how can it be no 5 on iTunes list for the year? Also there is no chance that Bieber's Purpose outsold the regular version of 1989 on iTunes for the year. 1989 has sold more than 1.8m copies in the US this year, probably half of them on iTunes. Has Purpose sold more than 900k copies on US itunes this year? No.
Basically the list in the OP is wrong.
