I meant to say they weren't 'relatively frontloaded' but 'completely and fully frontloaded'.
Celebrity did so well first week mainly based on previous album hype. They didn't have any smash hits from that album really
Maybe not mainstream radio hits (Girlfriend Remix aside), but the videos got heavy airplay on MTV & TRL. I remeber seeing the Pop video (my second fav of their's) every hour back in second grade.
It's helpful seeing how most of these releases were pre-digital dominance.
