Here's mine, there's something wrong with the software on my iPod so the plays do not register correctly. They are totally exaggerated.

My old iPod used to duplicate plays, so some of these wouldn't be here.

My iTunes has crashed several times, so this isn't accurate at all. My Last.fm is MUCH more accurate.

Edit the settings of your Top 25 Most Played playlist by right clicking and select Edit Smart Playlist. Uncheck the Limit checkbox and enter OK.
