This is apparently the official Dr. Luke Base thread, and his fans and/or supporters should use this to talk about him.
I think all the evidence and even Kesha's own statements lean towards Dr. Luke being innocent. Her most recent statement today takes a step back from the heaviness of the rape allegations, and by "abuser" she may now simply mean he's a bully, which I'm sure he has been in the past. (It seems like all the best creative minds have reputations for being bitches.)
But I feel even if he's proven 100% innocent, or Kesha retracts her allegations, or whatever, that's probably it for Dr. Luke. He has millions of dollars in the bank, earns millions a year in royalties, and can continue to earn money doing ghost work, but whether right or wrong, Kesha has destroyed his public profile.
Even if he's completely cleared, and successfully sues Kesha for millions of dollars, and it's highly publicised, there is no longer any brand value in having a Dr. Luke production, because it will always be tainted by the rape allegations. The cancelled release of "Everyday is a Holiday" (which Dr. Luke produced with Duke Dumont) is also telling, and we'll see in the next few weeks if his sessions with Fifth Harmony made their album.
I think Dr. Luke fans must accept we won't be getting any more "bops" from him, regardless of the outcome of the case. It's now only about preserving his legacy.

This post.
Kesha didn't backtrack and mental abuse is still terrible and he deserves to be put on blast for that. MULTIPLE artists have came out about him being verbally abusive.

It is still abusive, but a whole world apart from accusing someone of roofying and raping you. Also Kesha's understanding of mental abuse might not be the same as a more commonly accepted understanding. Until she actually reveals what he said and did, candidly, nobody will be able to say. I expect May's proceedings will deep digger into this.
Dr Luke has a reputation for being crass and blunt. This is more or less fact. Kesha however can't now drop the rape allegations and refocus purely on his verbal abuse to get out of her agreement, because she crossed the point of no return regarding severity. Now her lawyer is saying Dr Luke threatened/implied he'd physically hurt her and her family if she told anyone. There's no way of quelling these allegations.

LOL awkward how there are now reports of her making these allegations since 2005. So looking at the history, there's more evidence to say he did than didn't, unless you are that delusional that she started making these stories up as soon as she signed the contract.
And she didn't ONCE backtrack on the rape allegations. Rape is abuse.

Please seek a doctor (and a real doctor, not Dr. Luke).
