You can impersonate James Brown while singing in tune and not screaming. She definitely did her research in terms of phrasing - the phrasing was very James Brown - but still, like the rest of her vocals, it was a technical disaster.
There is a difference between belting and screaming, but you wouldn't know.
It's funny that the people who praise other girls for belting, will turn around and shade others for doing the same and call it screaming. Go figure.
I can totally tell when someone is BELTING and when someone is screaming. Xtina can belt but she also SCREAMS sometimes so I don't know what you were trying to say but oh well.

Others have had iconic tv moments such as Britney's VMA for Oops i did it again and Madonna, Britney and Cristina herself on that epic vma opening but those are more entertainment moments than they're music moments.
