You could've simply listed all of the European countries and then the first 22 countries members choose will compete against each other or something like that.

Okay so I just realised that the singer I wanted is not from France but from this tiny country with the smallest population in the world INSIDE France called Monaco

Worse still - I looked up Monaco's history in Eurovision and basically everyone they've ever sent was from France because the country was too small to send anyone.

So HECK, I'm going to switch to Monaco - what have I got to lose?
