It's called fan requests. Each concert (this is in fact her 3rd tour to have fan requests) she lets fans request songs and she picks one of the requests and sings it on the concert so basically she does a different song each concert. Simple as that.
She's insanely talented. She needs to start doing songs like this instead of that mediocre pop-rock ****.
Her latest album only has 2 or 3 songs that could be considered Pop/Rock. The rest is very different. And her Christmas album really displays a wider variety.
