Racism began when white people felt superior enough to treat non-whites like animals and steal their lands and resources. Since then a resentment against whites spread like wildfire. You can be hateful and prejudice against whites but it's mostly because non-whites through history were dubbed inferior by whites.
Not really racist, it was unprofessional and lord knows why she thought that posting it during work while wearing her uniform would have no consequences.
