When did I say she didn't have rights? All that matters in the moment is not provoking the cops to inflict more pain/suits upon you. Save all that I know my rights stuff when you're in a public space like a police station not when you're with a cop on a power trip with no witnesses.

He was being filmed. Pregnant woman 0 - Cop 0... whoops! Now the media will focus in especially with the other incidents being shown on TV. Cops hatred for black people knows no bounds. Black people will increasingly distrust police and make it harder for them to do their jobs and keep them tied up in court until the cities decide to replace people with cops who have better judgement when placed in high tension situations.

Because the white woman who reported her had crocodile tears and of course the blonde blue eyed damsel in distress was going to be treated favourably over her. Hence, the white lady was never asked for her ID! She was absolutely spot on bring up race. If someone called the police on you for no damn reason, putting a halt to your day at your own damn place of work, you'd be pissed off too.

Why does she have to give them her name for doing nothing? Did he ask for the other lady's name? No he didn't. What he did was uncalled for.

True, it was strange that the officer didn't ask for the white woman's name, even though she was the first person the officer spoke with. But, like I said, the stuff that the black woman said probably only pissed the officer off. He shouldn't have acted like he did, but he is human after all...

I'm not defending the cop at all what he did was wrong. I'm talking about not giving the cops room to mess with you aka walking away from them and then resisting arrest, even if you're right doing that won't result in anything good .

She probably should have, but she didn't have any legal obligation to, and a man of the law should be aware of that. It's kind of funny (in a morbid way) how the cop tells the lady at the start that "no crime has been committed here" - yet, after seeing who the other woman was, he began to act like this was a serious case that required immediate attention and force. It's subtle, but important.
