When she attempts to hit the high note in the song, it sounds very forced. She has a good voice, but it sounds like she's not reached the point where the power just flows out yet. Hence, she'll be trying hard live, and it will ruin her voice. Which it obviously did.
A vocal hemorrhage happens if you sing incorrectly. I was in a choir at church and we were warned if we didn't sing properly while really going for it, then that would happen. It didn't surprise me when it happened to Adele either. Poor technique to create a raspy/husky/'soul' sound while singing has its consequences.
I love her...but she needs to work a lil bit more of her stage presence..at least shes not being a standing podium in here unlike here previous performances
