"Louboutins" isn't impacting radio because of the recession, it's just radio is lacking on updating there playlist =X and besides let's be hones't.... this isn't exactly a classic jennifer song, it's more POP then R&B.... she usually gives you aggressive, attitude in your face jams and this one is more light and powerpuff.
as for the album title i like it alot! she always has album titles to match the point in her life...
