You're right, because if it SOUNDS good, then it shouldn't matter whether somebody is lyrically degrading, bitter, and hateful towards others.

No, it isn't ridiculous at all. Mein Kampf is well written, but it's utterly repulsive because of the ideology it espouses. This song may sound good, but being hateful towards others is never acceptable and voids anything good about this track.
And you're right, it's not supposed to be funny. It's supposed to show that HATE IS HATE. No matter how extreme.
