I doubt it is a single. Nicki showed no interest in wanting to make it a single and then I really doubt Republic Records is going to want to push a song that has already peaked on one radio format (Urban) and dropped off the edge of another (Rhythmic, it's been weeks since it lasted charted on the Rhythmic Top 1000~).
And I think someone before pointed out that it has been in that section for the longest. Most likely the next US single is going to be "Want Some More" which has plenty of Rhythmic and Urban support at the moment.
Why are people saying the song peaked on the charts already? None of you know what Nicki and Bey have planned. A Music Video and performance could easily push it to #1 on Urban and, at least, Top 20 on the Hot 100.
hmmmm pointless considering radio has been paying this for months. AT one point it played way more than only and TB here in Dallas. Urban/rhytmic radio always messes up releases for urban artists.
All she needs to do is drop the video within the next couple of weeks. It's done at radio but the video can make it go Top 40 or Top 30 on the Hot 100.
Get on Your kneees is the big smash waiting to happen since it hasn't been played on radio for months already, it'd be new for radios and it features Ari. It'd slay lives im sure it'd be a crossover smash. Good choice canceling TNSY since HM its already slaying.
Nicki and Beyonce could do a remix of Feeling Myself and re-send that to urban radio, with the original going to pop and rhythmic? That's the only option I see tbh.
I think rhythmic stations will play it again if released, and it might do similarly on pop to Truffle Butter, but so many urban stations have had the song in high rotation for a while so they'll be dropping it soon, hence the remix to give them something "new" to play.
I think Get On Your Knees would be a good single too. In terms of airplay it'll do really well on rhythmic and urban and Ariana might help it get pop airplay too. Music video would also get loads of streams and Nicki and Ariana both do really well on Youtube.
However, Want Some More has more airplay atm, so maybe they should just go with that then Get On Your Knees afterwards.
