It's music that has not been compressed.
For example music that's on a vinyl or Cd is uncompressed. While music that is an mp3 or aac is compressed causing it to lose some of its sound (like music from iTunes, YouTube and Spotify) .
For digital music to be uncompressed it would have to be ripped from the source and converted to Flac and a few others. This of course creates large files.
Regardless you can tell the different between a 128 mp3 file and a CD be cause the file is compressed or lossy while the CD is uncompressed looseless.
