Urban/rhythmic were picking up Drunk in Love much faster than pop was picking up XO, so Drunk in Love got all the radio attention and promo leading XO to get overshadowed and flop.
Partition had no pop support or release on that format, so it underperformed there.
Pretty Hurts was a pop song released to rhythmic stations first then pop stations like over a month later, so that was a mess
***Flawless wasn't given any promo and was only released to urban.
7/11 is too urban to expect to get any pop radio support, even if it had a release on that format (if DrIL struggled to get pop support, this song sure as hell won't do any better

)
I lot of it had to do with lack of radio support and messy releases... Oh and the age old excuse when it comes to flops, lack of promo
