The digital chart is 40% of the Hot 100, airplay 55%, and streaming 5%. We obviously want/need to know all of this since they compile the official chart. Without these "******" lists there wouldn't be a Hot 100. Calm down.

Ciara can't chart in it. If it's like the Heatseekers Album chart, then only artists who haven't yet reached the top 50 on the Hot 100 can chart.
